inconvenient elevator outrageously priced rooftop
The hotel conveniently connects to the mall , made finding shops and restaurants easy enough
The elevator system proved more annoying than luxurious as it only allowed access to assigned floors I found this inconvenient when coordinating with friends. The rooftop bar also seemed outrageously priced at $70 for two cocktails. I decided to avoid it thereafter

romantic escape
excellent pool fantastic view spacious room
the location was perfect. the pool and cabana were excellent. the view from my balcony was fantastic. the staff was great, attending to our needs quickly and efficiently. the rooms were spacious and modern.
the housekeeping was subpar. i had to request several times for basic amenities. there was also a noticeable lack of attention to detail regarding cleanliness.

the hotel staff was generally helpful. i noticed the reception desk was consistently staffed. there were always team members available to address questions or requests, though some responses took longer than expected! the valet service was responsive.
